NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
Mike’s Madness will NOT process returns or exchanges if:
You ordered the wrong size
Chose the wrong color
Entered the wrong shipping address
Past the 21 day policy
Or simply don’t like the product
Additional non-returnable and non-exchangeable items:
- Downloadable products
- Candles that have been used
- Items that have been visibly used
Items will ONLY be exchanged or refunded
Within 21 days of receiving the items if they are defective or damaged.
If you received a damaged item please contact us immediately
If anything arrives broken a claim has to be filed with the shipping carrier(s).
SHIPPING
Please make sure your shipping details are correct. Mikesmadness will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if you entered the wrong shipping address.
Please note: During the holiday seasons our production and ship times may take longer than expected.
To complete your return
We require a receipt or proof of purchase
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
